Tasked with the redesigning the vestibule at PMCU’s quintessential Castle Rock branch, we were literally put into a box. The ATM had to be removed to send to another branch, and the most obvious options to coverup where it was were cost prohibitive since we weren’t simply replacing it. But PMCU isn’t just another bank, how can we make the member experience more memorable, while staying true to their personable voice and resimercial space? It’s your first impression when you walk into the branch, and we know how important those are. We welcome members how we welcome them every time we speak to them - like a human. Not a bank. And we do it in a way that is relevant to the times. Nobody wants a picture with a bank logo, but selfies in front of neon signs are on everyone’s timeline. Welcome to better banking.
